A Strong Foundation for Recovery

Join a compassionate community three days a week to build strength, skills, and support that last.  Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment group is designed to provide higher level of structure by meeting three times/week (3 hours per session) for 12-16 weeks, followed by outpatient and aftercare program.

Are you involved with Child Welfare System?

If you're a parent navigating both the child welfare system (CPS/DCYF) and recovery from substance use, we want you to know there is hope—and help. We believe that reunification can be a powerful part of the recovery journey. When parents heal, families can heal too.

We support safe, healthy reunification because children thrive when they remain connected to their family of origin in a stable, nurturing environment. Recovery and reunification take time, courage, and support. We're here to walk with you as you rebuild trust, restore relationships, and move toward a stronger future for your family. Our Family Case Manager can assist you with navigating the system and working towards reunification. â€‹â€‹

  • DCYF contracted Lab Collection site:

New Traditions is one of DCYF contracted collection sites for Cordant and Abbott/Toxaccess.

  • Family Time support:

Our Family Case Manager can coordinate directly with your DCYF Social Worker to provide a welcoming space at New Traditions for family time—helping you reconnect with your children in a safe and supportive environment. We’ll also assist in planning meaningful activities that support bonding and relationship-building during these visits.
